NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALL STATES EXCEPT FOR NEW YORK AND VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

In order for an entrant’s submission (“Submission”) to be considered valid, the entrant must read and agree to these official rules (“Official Rules”) by clicking the “Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox located on the application page of the Sweepstakes Website. At all times during the Make Your Moment Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrant must abide by these Official Rules and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. This is a chance-based sweepstakes and no consideration is required for entrants to participate or win a prize.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of New York who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are engaged to be married but are not yet married. Only Entrants who have not already booked a wedding reception venue will be eligible to win grand prize of the Free Wedding at The Atrium @ Rich’s or the Honeymoon Package. LIMITED TO THE FIRST 200 VALID SUBMISSIONS. LIMIT ONE (1) SUBMISSION PER COUPLE. An individual entrant who enters a Submission for the Sweepstakes shall hereinafter be referred to as “Entrant”. Entrants must be fully able and competent to enter into, abide by, and comply with these Official Rules. Employees of Rich Products Corporation (“Sponsor”) and any of its parent or affiliate companies and employees of any of the Vendors (as defined herein), as well as the immediate family (parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. All determinations of eligibility shall be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The first 200 valid Submissions (“Event Attendees”) will be admitted to attend the Make Your Moment event. Twenty-three (23) winners will be selected from the Event Attendees at the Make Your Moment event for separate prizes. Event Attendees must be present to win a prize.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entering a Submission constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement that the Entrant has read and consents to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. By entering a Submission, each Entrant warrants that his or her Submission complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. Winning any Prize (as defined herein) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Timing. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes from December 1, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) until February 19, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. The first 200 valid Submissions (“Event Attendees”) will earn access to the Make Your Moment event. Twenty-three (23) winners will be selected from the Event Attendees at the Make Your Moment event for separate Prizes. Event Attendees must be present to win a Prize. Prize winners will be determined by random draw from among the Event Attendees on or about February 20, 2020 at the Make Your Moment event.

1. Submission. All Submissions must be received by Sponsor within the following time period (“Submission Period”):

Start Date: December 1, 2019 (at 12:00 a.m. ET).

End Date: February 19, 2020 (at 11:59 p.m. ET).

Limited to the first 200 valid submissions.

How to Enter. No Purchase Necessary. In the event that any Submission does not effectively comply with any portion of these Official Rules, the Sponsor will disqualify and discard the Submission either immediately or at any time during the Sweepstakes. The following Submission requirements apply:
1. Online Entry.
  1. No Purchase Necessary. Complete a Submission by visiting www.makeyourmoment.com (hereinafter, the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Submission Period and complete all required registration information. When all required registration fields are complete, click the “Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox and click “Submit”.
    - All Submissions and registration information must be in English.
  2. Sponsor will not notify Entrants whether or not their Submission is valid or has been rejected.
2. Additional Restrictions
  1. By submitting a Submission, Entrant agrees to indemnify Sponsor in respect of any and all claims, judgments, losses, damages, settlements, expenses, costs and other liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of any breach by Entrant of any of Entrant’s obligations under the Official rules.
  2. The Submission must not, in the sole discretion and judgment of the Sponsor, (1) contain content, words, images, statements or text that is considered offensive to individuals of any age, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic group (or other protected class), or disability; (2) contain any threats to any person, place, business, group, or entity, or contain material that is unlawful; (3) contain materials or content that promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual, or that promote discrimination based on age, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic group (or other protected class), or disability; (4) contain any materials or content that depict illegal acts, are sexually explicit, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, violent, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; (5) contain other inappropriate content which includes, but is not limited to, any display of smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, harming of animals, nudity, provocative/suggestive outfits or poses; or (6) contain materials or content inconsistent with Sponsor’s reputation and image.
  3. The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, or in violation of or contrary to the laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
3. Limit. Entrant may enter a Submission to the Sweepstakes only one (1) time during the Submission Period. A Submission shall apply to the Entrant and the Entrant’s significant other. Limit one Submission per couple. Multiple Submissions for the Submission Period will not be reviewed. If an Entrant enters multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered as a potentially valid Submission.
4. Released Parties (as defined herein) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Submissions, all of which will be void.
5. Dispute. In the event of a dispute regarding any Submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Verification of Winner. One winner for each Prize will be selected by random draw from among the Event Attendees. The potential winners will be notified, by announcement, in person at the Make Your Moment event (“Notice”) on or around February 20, 2020. If a potential winner is not present and does not claim their prize within a reasonable amount of time at the Make Your Moment event, the potential winner will be disqualified and a new potential winner will be chosen by random draw.
1. Except where prohibited, all potential winners may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, Film and Photo Consent Agreement, and Non-Disparagement and Confidentiality Agreement (collectively, the “Winner’s Agreements”) which must be received by Sponsor within (10) business days of the date Notice. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize, fails to sign and return the Winner’s Agreements within the required time period (if applicable), and/or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.
2. Except where prohibited, the significant other of the potential winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability/Publicity Release, Film and Photo Consent Agreement, and Non-Disparagement And Confidentiality Agreement (collectively, the “Guest Agreements” and together with the Winner’s Agreements, the “Winner’s Requirements”), which must be received by Sponsor within (10) business days of the Notice. If the significant other of a potential winner fails to sign and return the Guest Agreements within the required time period (if applicable), the potential winner may be disqualified.
3. Except where prohibited by law, Event Attendees agree and consent, and Event Attendees attendance at the Make Your Moment event shall constitute and signify such agreement and consent, that Sponsor and its designees may use the Event Attendee’s name, city, state, likeness, Submission, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes and may photograph, film or otherwise capture the Event Attendee in connection with the Make Your Moment event for promotional, advertising, commercial or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet and television, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Without limiting the generality of these Official Rules, the Event Attendee shall irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to Sponsor the entirety of the rights in and to the Submission for any and all purposes in any and all media whether now known of hereafter developed, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity. Event Attendee will indemnify Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined herein) and any licensee of Sponsor against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses) arising out of any breach of these terms.

Prizes. Twenty-three (23) prizes (each, individually a “Prize”) will be awarded in the Sweepstakes to the Sweepstakes winners. One winner for each Prize will be selected by random draw from among the Event Attendees. Prizes are detailed below. Each Prize winner must accept the applicable Prize in its entirety by February 20th, 2020 or the Prize winner forfeits the applicable Prize. Individual Prizes consist only of the following:

1. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is as set forth above. Actual value of any Prize or portions of any Prize may vary. If the actual value of a Prize or any portion of a Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. No additional compensation will be awarded to the Sweepstakes winner. Any depictions and/or descriptions of a Prize are for illustrative purposes only. Prizes, and any portion of Prizes, are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Portions of a Prize cannot be combined with any other offer. Substitutions can be made at Sponsor’s or Vendor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prize elements may not be separated by the Prize winner. Prizes shall be awarded to the applicable Prize winner without representations or warranties, express or implied. Some restrictions may apply.
2. Prizes, or portions thereof, will be awarded when used, or alternatively, on the day of the Prize winner’s wedding.
3. Tax. The Prize winner will be solely responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the Prize or the acceptance and use of any element or portion of the Prize that is not specifically addressed above. All federal, state and local taxes on the Prize and on the Prize winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize are the Prize winner’s responsibility. The Prize winner may be required to complete and return a 1099 tax form, and any other applicable tax forms reasonably requested by Sponsor, to Sponsor’s reasonable satisfaction. If the Prize winner fails to return the 1099 or other tax form, the winner forfeits the Prize.
4. Odds of Winning – 1:200 for each Prize. Make Your Moment event limited to the first 200 valid Submissions. Event Attendees have a 1:200 chance of winning each Prize; or odds may depend on the number of valid Submissions received, if less than 200.
5. If an Event Attendee wins a Prize that the Event Attendee has previously purchased, the winner for that Prize may be re-drawn by random draw.

Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, all Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, Vendors and Prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability or cause of action, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or receipt or ownership or use or misuse of a Prize. The Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes and use and/or redemption of any Prize.

General Conditions. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes is governed by and subject to the laws of the state of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of law and the forum for any dispute shall be in federal or state courts located in Erie County, New York. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Limitations of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors these Official Rules, in the printing of the offer, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of Submission materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive Submission information by Sponsor or any of the Released Parties on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then, subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If technical malfunctions or suspicious irregularities corrupt the selection of Prize winners, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to re-draw the Prize winners at random. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on the Sweepstakes Website and all eligible Entries received prior to termination will be reviewed for eligibility, per these Official Rules. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Prize winners or potential winners.

SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE AND UNFETTERED DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON WHO TAMPERS OR IS SUSPECTED OF TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY AND/OR WINNER SELECTION PROCESS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ALL SUBMISSIONS THAT ARE DEEMED TO BE FRAUDULENT OR IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

ANY REMEDIES THAT ENTRANT MAY HAVE AGAINST SPONSOR OR RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RIGHT TO RECOVER DIRECT DAMAGES, IF ANY, IN AN ACTION AT LAW, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT OR REMEDY IN EQUITY, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO RESCIND SPONSOR’S RIGHT AND INTEREST IN AND TO THE MATERIALS OR TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE PRODUCTION, MARKETING, PUBLISHING, EXPLOITATION, DISTRIBUTION, OR EXHIBITION OF THE SUBMISSION OR ANY OTHER RELATED MATERIALS.

Posting of Winners’ Names: The winners will be posted on the Sweepstakes Website at www.makeyourmoment.com.

Privacy Policy/Data Collection: Information provided by Entrant in relation to the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at wwwmakeyourmoment.com/privacy-policy/.
